Adults Ages 18 and up
$100/mo or $1,140/annually with 5% annual discount
Family Plan
5% off each member by age or max $300/mo per family.
Fees/Cancellation
There is a one time sign up fee of $95 for individuals or family (inclusive). I do not hold persons to a contract, but there is a 4 month minimum, and a 30 day written cancellation policy. Annual policies cancelled will be reimbursed the balance at the non-discounted rate.
