One parent/guardian with 1 kid: $125/mo adult and $75/mo for the child ($225/mo)

One parent/guardian with 2 or more kids:  $125/mo for the adult and $50/mo per child

Couple with 1 or more kids: $125/mo per adult and $50/mo per kid

Family plans

$129/mo with no parent/guardian member 
$75/mo with one parent/guardian member (through age 18)
$50/mo as part of a family plan (through age 18 children)

Additional fees/info

There is a one time $95 sign on fee per person or per family.

I do not hold persons to a contract, but there is a 4 month minimum, and a 30 day written cancellation policy.
